She graduated with honors from Boğaziçi University, Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling. Following her undergraduate education, she completed her master's degree in Clinical Psychology at İstanbul Bilgi University with her thesis titled "The Relationship Between Psychotherapists' Trauma History and Countertransference Experiences While Working with Trauma" and graduated as the top student of the institute.
In addition to contributing to academic studies throughout her education, she also took on volunteer duties in various non-governmental organizations and served as co-chair of the Research Committee of the Association of Couple and Family Therapy for 2 years.
During her clinical psychology education, she carried out individual psychodynamic studies under supervision at Istanbul Bilgi University Psychological Counseling Unit. In addition, she served as co-leader of a group study with adults.
She was the author of two chapters of the book “On the Session Stage: Process Notes from the Psychodynamic Approach”, published by Istanbul Bilgi University Publications and compiled by Associate Professor Alev Çavdar. She also worked as a chapter translator in the translation of Daniel Stern’s book “Forms of Vitality”, to be published by the same publishing house.
In 2022, as part of her research internship at the Department of Psychiatry and Neuropsychology at Maastricht University, she took part in the “Gender differences in the associations between childhood adversity and psychopathology in the general population” article as the second author.
She follows the seminars given by Psike Istanbul and the International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA). She continues her "Dynamic Psychotherapy Technique and Practice" training given by the training and supervision analyst Yavuz Erten. In addition to these, she receives psychodynamically oriented individual supervision.
Currently, she continues her psychodynamically oriented individual work with adults both in-person and on online platforms.
